I help people buy homes, and build wealth along the way.

I'm Cameron Murray, a loan consultant with Movement Mortgage in Seattle. I've been lending for 10 years, and I believe home ownership is one of the most accessible ways for families to build long-term wealth.

What I believe

For many families, a home is the biggest purchase they'll ever make, and it's one of the few that can build wealth over time. That's why I take the decision seriously. Home values can go down as well as up, and owning comes with real costs, so I want you to go in with clear eyes and a plan.

How I work

I start with your whole financial picture: income, savings, debts, goals, and timeline. Then I explain your options in plain language, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, non-QM, and Washington State Housing Finance Commission programs, so you can choose what fits your plan. Outside the office

I live in Sammamish with my wife, Candice, our two sons, and our two dogs. I love getting outdoors: fishing, scuba diving, hiking, backpacking, and camping. I also love cooking and baseball.
